Craig S. Marton
Chief Executive Officer
Craig Marton is the Chief Executive Officer of Bancsource. As CEO, Craig leads a talented senior leadership team committed to Bancsource’s vision – “To be recognized as the best multi-vendor service provider in North America.”
Before joining Bancsource, Craig spent most of his career in the manufacturing supplier sector of the automotive and consumer products industries, including 17-years with world-class companies like AlliedSignal and Tenneco, where he benefited from the continuous improvement culture and achieved certification in Six-Sigma and Lean Enterprise Systems. His business experience also includes many years with private-equity and privately-owned businesses.
During Mr. Marton’s career he was selected by the Chief Executives Network (CEN) and IBM Consulting to speak as a “Subject Matter Expert” on ‘Organizational Upgrade and Development’, ‘Business Operational Improvement’, ‘Continuous Flow Manufacturing’ and ‘Total Quality Leadership’.
Craig was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Then, after proudly serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, he moved to Columbus Ohio where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Franklin University. When not working, Craig enjoys outdoors activities and spending time with this family.
Mychal D. Kempt
Kempt is responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy to drive sustainable double digit revenue and EBITA growth for the company. His industry knowledge and experience in building a best in class sales and services organization and strategy were the perfect combination to lead Bancsource forward in the US market. Bancsource is a large privately held independent services organization that focuses on the financial and retail technology segment.
Prior to this role, Kempt served Vice President of North America Operations and Officer for Diebold, Incorporated. Diebold, Inc is a $3 Billion world leader in self service solutions. He was responsible for leading the company’s financial self-service operations in the region, which represented $1.5B in revenues and 75% of the Operating Profit for the company with $1B of that revenue coming from reoccurring services. His responsibilities included all sales, services and related customer and sales support infrastructure. He also led the company’s growing managed services business in North America, which had generated over a billion dollars in TCV.
Kempt held numerous sales and service management roles in the US regional and national account segments, during his career at Diebold. As Vice President of North American sales and service operations, he was responsible for leading the North American sales operation in the regional bank and national account segments, as well as the North American services operation, consisting of integrated services, maintenance services, software services and the implementation services team.
Born in Aloha, Oregon, Mychal graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in sports management. He has earned continuing education certificates from Case Western Reserve University, the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, University of Michigan business school and Kent State University. An active volunteer, he has served as a cabinet member for United Way of Greater Stark County, in various roles in youth football organizations and supports the Arts, Young Life, Compassion International and Prisoners for Christ.
Daniel L. Winters
Vice President-Finance & Administration
Dan Winters serves as Bancsource’s Vice President of Finance and Administration. Dan is responsible for Finance & Accounting, HR & Payroll, Information Technology, and Invoicing Services & Billing. Dan brings 25 years of Finance and Administration experience across various industries.
Dan has progressed through the ranks including roles in Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllerships, Financial Reporting and Strategic Leadership with heavy focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Dan most recently served as Global Supply Controller for Reckitt Benckiser and as Group Controller for ASSA ABLOY. Driven by a passion for excellence and integrity, he leads by example with high expectations.
Dan attended the University of Arkansas, and earned his Accounting and Finance degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. His participation in Babson College’s Executive Leadership Program, one of America’s highest rated entrepreneurial programs, continues to serve him well in the Private Equity market.
Dan is an active runner, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage daughters.
Dean A. Kinzer
Director of Service Operations
Dean Kinzer serves as our Director of Service Operations. His areas of responsibility include supply chain management, purchasing, fleet services, and subcontractor planning. Dean brings 15 years of operational experience from the manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing industries.
Dean started his work life with the U.S. Army in the field of communications. He served abroad in South Korea as well as serving a tour in Iraq finishing as a Sergeant. Dean has progressed through the ranks of the civilian workplace as well, including inventory, project, and operations management roles. Dean’s most recent position was Director of Program Management for a commuter rail seating manufacturer overseeing design, testing, FAI, production, and warranty service for transit authorities like AMTRAK, Metra, CTA, Brightline, and WMATA.
Dean attended Northern Illinois University and earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in their renowned Business Department. Dean also earned a Certificate in Leadership in NIU’s graduate school.
Dean is a workout enthusiast who enjoys travelling and spending time with his daughter Madeline.
